How It Works

Call us first
You’ll be assessed over the phone by one of our qualified team members.
Remote or in-person consultation
Depending on your symptoms, you’ll either be offered advice remotely (phone/video) or an appointment to be seen in practice.
Expert care and referral
If necessary, we’ll refer you directly to the hospital eye service or your GP for further treatment.
Is It Free?
Yes – CUES is fully funded by the NHS for eligible patients. There’s no charge for assessment, treatment, or referral under this scheme.
